Providing Exercise Prescription and  Instruction

Personal Training

 

By providing excercise prescription and instruction, our motivating trainers set goals and provide feedback and accountability to a client in a one-on-one enviornment. The trainers also measure their client's strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments. These fitness assessments may also be performed before and after an exercise program to measure their client's improvements in physical fitness. They may also educate their clients in many other aspects of wellness in addition to excercise, including general health and nutrition guidelines.

Small Group Training (3-10 people)

 

A "program" that has a fixed start and end date, and typically meets for less than two months, at specified times (e.g. every Monday and Wednesday at 6 PM), with a specialty focus (e.g. Pure tone and core or MAX-FIT), creates wide appeal to the client since it is short-term, has a low price-appeal, and offers specialized programming at low-risk to the client.
